If this is your first visit at Vinmec, please come to the Reception Desk at Outpatient Department to open your visit file. The information needs to be provided:
- Full name
- Passport or Birth Certificate (for children)
- Insurance card (if any) for claim procedure
- Cards/ Vouchers (if any)
Notice:
- The above-mentioned documents need to be brought with you every time using services at Vinmec.
- Before your consultation or performing any medical intervention, you are identified by at least 2 parameters: (1) Full name, (2) Date of birth and PID code (if needed) to optimally avoid any possible errors.
