It has been 8 years since Mr. Tuan, a man living in Nguyen Luong Bang street, Hanoi city took a trip to another country for the treatment purpose. For him, it was considered the most unforgettable trip which cost him billions. That was the first time he has been taken the surgery to replace heart valve. For the most unfortunate case, he even tended to bequeath words before going abroad.
Arriving at the foreign country, the operation couldn’t be performed right away due to Mr. Tuan’s poor health conditions. “Cost is considered as one issue, but going back and forth right after the complicated surgery adversely affected my health, not to mention the anxiety from which we – two strangers in foreign land had to suffer, ” said Mr. Tuan.
